Financial Performance
Based on assumptions about how riders lose value, here is a set of financial figures for the season:

Net Income before sales = 152,817 (269,811)
Growth before sales = 4.9% (7.2%)
Net Income = 267,608 (269,811)
Total Growth = 6.6% (7.2%)
Most profitable riders: Adrian Dudziak (12%), Tapuwa Mathema (9%) and Abel Jesus (9%)
Remarks
Season 31 has been a slight disappointment. Financially, the team's value increased above the 250k-target, but the increase is primarily due to good transfers rather than race income. I still believe in the team and the current project, and I hope for more points this season.
Season 31 was tough due to a number of factors: three captain injuries and transfers affecting team spirit, and missed sign ups. I have been surprised by the major change in how fast you are required to sign up in the top division today - this has changed only during the season I was gone. Races fill up fast now, and this amplifies the negative effect of captain injuries since they are now out for sometimes 6-8 days longer than their actual injury time.
Season 30 saw some great additions, and the team is strong and diverse now with many captains in their prime age. This season should provide a better result overall, and it would be nice to translate some of the 2nds in the classics into victories. Better luck next time!
